Does anyone know anyone who could help look over my 18 year old daughter’s echp draft which LA has just issued from June review, (they didn’t bother the year before.)

The letter they sent is dated 12th December  (?) & it’s dire . I need to respond but can’t be reactive.

There’s no professional reports included & my daughter’s views are not even the words she’d use & make out she’s explored college careers service when they refused to see her. She was supported in college to complete it as I wanted her views to be her own .

I’m struggling, it couldn’t have come at a worse time,  it’s lead up to Christmas so people are busy , I know the guidance ,but my head is scrambled.

I was shocked after receiving a call this week to be told my Access to Work request was denied because I have used the service in a previous job.

At no point was I told I could only engage with the service once and that you cannot use a different provider if you need help from the service in a different job later on. I wondered if anyone else is aware of this or has experienced it?

Whats shocked me is that this is a service specifically set up to assist with disability (something that is life long) but you can only access the service once….and then nothing?
