Comments, Compliments & Complaints
As part of our commitment to being candid this page lists what comments, compliments and complaints we have received and more importantly what we did about it so that we could improve. We have anonymised all reports, this page is about demonstrating what we did in response to what people have said about us. We have already improved our service based on feedback from people using it and will continue to do that. We welcome your thoughts at any stage.
We hope to be able to resolve any mistakes without you needing to complain formally but if you need to then we welcome complaints. If we aren't able to resolve the complaint we are members of CEDR who offer independent mediation of complaints.
