Kate is a dedicated and experienced Specialist ADHD Nurse Practitioner and independent nurse prescriber, bringing 37 years of nursing expertise to her practice. With a strong foundation in evidence-based care and a compassionate, client-focused approach, Kate is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for individuals with ADHD.


Throughout her career, Kate has led service improvement initiatives, mentored junior staff, and championed holistic care models that address both the medical and emotional needs of her clients. Her leadership and dedication to community nursing were formally recognised in 2020 when she was awarded the prestigious Queen’s Nurse title—an honour reserved for nurses who demonstrate exceptional commitment to patient care and professional development.


Kate’s lived experience of ADHD and ADD gives her a unique and empathetic perspective, allowing her to connect deeply with her clients and understand the challenges they face. She is passionate about helping people thrive, believing that small, tailored changes can lead to transformative results. Her goal is always to ensure that each client receives the right medication, at the right dose, for their own individual needs.
