Lately we have not been able to offer the standard of service we aim to. Some people have struggled with using our systems and keeping up with regular appointments which is making it harder to guide them on their journey. We are also having to spend a lot of time reminding people about overdue invoices and again this has taken up our time, distracting from our work to guide people as we agreed.

This has created extra unplanned work behind the scenes and we think that the only way we can continue to offer the service we aim to is to increase our hourly rate to cover the cost of employing further staff to administer accounts and support people to keep to the agreements made when treatment is planned. This has created the need for some change.

We are growing and developing a service more aligned to what we set out to achieve and the beginning of the divergence Works CIC is a big part of that. A non profit company for all of the work that we do outside of our clinic.
