Sara is a qualified mental health nurse with 23 years experience across acute inpatient care, secondary services, early intervention in psychosis, and primary care. With a personal and professional interest in ADHD, she has been able to direct her career to specialise in this field. Her varied experience as a mental health nurse enables her to truly understand the individuals symptoms, any cooccurring conditions and ensures a thorough and informed assessment.
Sara brings both clinical insight and heartfelt passion to her work. Her approach is open, honest, and rooted in curiosity—creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Sara's practice is deeply person-centred, with a focus on empowering each client to explore their experiences at their own pace and take an active role in their journey.
