ADHD meds & travel abroad
Hi all hope it’s okay to ask here. I am travelling to Amsterdam in August. Am I okay to take my methylphenidate in my hand luggage in its original packaging? Would this be sufficient or do you recommend a letter from my GP or consultant which also explains why I’m on them and my actual drugs/dosage?

A Doctor once told me that if you’re going to Australia and you have ADHD fully diagnosed, you have to to prove you have $8000 in the bank. I have no idea if this is true as the need hasn’t risen for me. This doctor also told me that medication doesn’t work in 75% of treatment plans which I think he had got completely wrong!
