A little background first, I had my ADHD diagnosis a year ago from PUK, other than it being a slow process to this point I've not had any major issues so far. Went through as RTC.

I had an update yesterday to fill in forms to finally begin titration soon 🤞 I also had to call my regular GP about some other things and as it was on my mind I asked about Shared care after my titration process and I was told "when you were originally referred x-years ago, we did shared care, however we changed our policy 18months ago as we don't feel comfortable doing shared care for ADHD meds anymore".

This has got me wondering, what will happen once I complete titration? Is it worth finding a new doctor in the meantime who will help with shared care? And if so, how do I find out which doctors will honour shared care without having to phone up each practice before transferring to them?

Any advice?
